Welcome

I started Violet's Light in September of 2011 after the sudden loss of my niece, Violet Evelyn Ochoa.   It is an annual event that will take place every October 15th to honor and remember all babies lost through miscarriage, stillbirth, SIDS, or infant loss.

Our local memorial events take place at Wes Point Park in downtown Willoughby, OH.  You do not have to live locally to participate.  Anyone can have a loved one honored, no matter where you live.   Last year we had babies honored from all over the world.

Violet's Light was created to not only honor my beautiful niece, but also give a time of remembrance, unite members of the community, and spread and offer support for anyone suffering through the loss of their baby.
